- You are right. I've been using computers for about 11 years now (still
- student...) and the first thing my father tells me if I can't use an
- application just right out-of-the-box is "Read the manuals!". I always
- answer: "If I need to read the manual to do simple tasks, the products
- isn't good!"
- This sounds ridiculous but has been true till today. Some hints at the
- right place always help to make reading (online) manuals superflous.
- The more intuitive a product is the better the users will think about
- it!
